In
1996,Hangzhou Sanofi Minsheng was established.
In 1999,along with the merger of Sanofi and Synthélabo,the JV
was renamed as Hangzhou Sanofi-Synthélabo Minsheng Pharmaceutical
Co.Ltd.
In 1999,we also doubled our total capital investment. |

and in the processing of chemicals,biochemical,and chemical
intermediates.
The major products are focused on therapeutic areas such as
cardiovascular/thrombosis,central nervous system,oncology and

actively pursuing business development opportunities to enlarge
the portfolio in anti-infective,gastro-intestinal and oncology
products.
The goal of Sanofi-Synthélabo Minsheng
is to become one of the top 10 in Chinese pharmaceutical industry,with
increased sales as well as enlarged scope of sales. |
