Each year, 120 students begin their careers in
pharmacy here. The average age of our entering
class is 23. In the past five years, thepercentage
of students who are women has increased from 63
to 69 percent. The minority enrollment is typically

The professional pharmacy program requires completion

The number of applications submitted to the College

The competition for admission is keen so it behooves

All Students in good academic standing are eligible
to enroll in the Doctor of Pharmacy (Phram.D.)
Program after they complete the first nine semesters
of the B.S. degree program. The College reserves
the right to limit enrollment in the Pharm.D.
program, however, based on clerkship site availability.
Should the number of students desiring to enroll
in the Pharm.D. program exceed the availability
of clerkship sites, academic performance will
be a factor in determining which students are
selected to enroll.

Candidates for the Doctor of Pharmacy program
are selected on a competitive basis and are admitted
only in the fall semester for each year. Applicants
must have all general pre-pharmacy requirements
completed by the start of pharmacy school in the
fall. All science prerequisites must be completed
