The Heller School offers three degree options
that are designed explicitly to bridge the gap
between theory and practice. Our Master's Program
prepares managers for leadership positions in
a range of health and human service, non-profit,
public, and private organizations. Students in
our Master's Program can choose a formal management
concentration in healthcare or child, youth and
family services, services for elders and people
with disabilities, general human services or self-design
a concentration from one of our other policy specialties.
Our Doctoral Program educates students for careers

services) is a niche degree at The Heller Graduate
School. The M.B.A. degree program prepares individuals
to become managers in large, multi-site corporate
structures. The curriculum educates future leaders
